If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind: Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind, so please review product details (like size, materials, and colors) carefully before purchasing.

Color and Appearance: While every effort is made to accurately display the colors and details of the artwork and prints, variations may occur due to differences in screen settings or lighting conditions. Such variations are not considered defects or grounds for a refund.

Custom Artwork: Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

Damage or Defects: Contact us within 7 days at hello@denisequah.com if your item arrives damaged or defective. Include photos and order details, and I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.

Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the artwork is faulty or damaged, in which case we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For any returns, the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged. Reach out for written authorization before returning.
